Qualifying employees are those that:

• Are aged between 22 and state pension age
• Earn more than £10,000 per year
• Work in the UK

We can help you with the whole process of auto enrolment or part of the process, whichever is best for you.

Once you have chosen your pension provider, we can set up the pension scheme for you, assess your employee`s, submit the Declaration of Compliance and upload the pension file each payroll run.

Each pay day we will monitor changes in ages and earnings for your staff to see if they need to be put into your pension scheme. We can send out any letters to the employee`s keeping them informed at all times.

Employees can opt-out of the scheme, and we will advise how to do this and be refunded the initial payment.

Employee`s will also be sent all relevant communications from your pension provider directly.

From April 2019 the total minimum of 8% of the employee`s pay must be paid into their pension scheme, of which a minimum of 3% is paid by the employer.

If you have employees who do not qualify for auto enrolment they may be able to do so, they should write to you requesting to join the scheme and you should add them to the scheme within a month of receiving the request. You will also need to pay into the scheme if the employee is aged 16-74 and earns at least £520.00 per month or £120.00 per week.

We will send you a pension report for each pay run to keep for your records.

 Declaration of Compliance
A Declaration of Compliance is an employer’s legal responsibility and is used to inform the Pensions Regulator of what has been done to comply with an employer’s automatic enrolment duties. As an employer you will be required to submit this declaration to the Pension Regulator within 5 months of your staging date. We can do this for you and ensure your pension scheme is compliant.

You will then be required to re-enrol your employee`s every 3 years and submit a Declaration of Compliance, we can monitor this for you, re-enrol any relevant employee`s and submit the Redeclaration of Compliance.
